We handle all returns centrally. You never need to contact the vendor directly — CCC manages the process from start to finish.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Email us at returns@crowdcouture.co with your order number.
How it works
Contact us within 14 days
Email returns@crowdcouture.co with your order number and reason. We handle all returns centrally — you never need to contact the vendor directly.
We review and approve
We'll confirm your return is eligible and send a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
Ship the item back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Drop it at any Pos Malaysia or courier point. Use the label we provide.
Refund or exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item (2–3 business days), we issue your refund to the original payment method or process your exchange. Refunds appear within 5–10 business days.
Eligible for return
- ✓ Item received in wrong size or colour
- ✓ Item is defective or damaged on arrival
- ✓ Item significantly different from product description
- ✓ Item not received within stated delivery window
Not eligible
- × Change of mind after 14 days of delivery
- × Items marked as Final Sale or Limited Release (unless defective)
- × Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- × Items without original tags attached
- × Intimate apparel and swimwear for hygiene reasons
