Dispatch Time
Orders placed before 2 PM (MYT) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

Customs & Duties
Zone 3 orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs and import taxes are included in your order total. Zone 2 orders may be subject to local import duties depending on your country.
